Ministerio Un Pasa De Fe, Inc. purchased 12.1 acres at 9730 Orange River Blvd., Ft. Myers from Mary S. Doyle, Trustee of Pastore Irrevocable Trust for $3,500,000.  Adam Bornhorst, Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

11580 Chitwood, LLC purchased a 9,840sf multi-tenant building on 1.2 acres at 11580 Chitwood Dr., Ft. Myers from San Carlos Properties, LLC for $1,450,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer and Timi Coleman of CoastalEdge Real Estate LLC represented the seller in the transaction.

United Way of Lee County, Inc. purchased a 3,764sf medical office condominium in Summerlin Professional Park Condominiums at 1553 Matthew Dr., Ft. Myers from JJO Consulting, LLC for $895,000.
