GSA Holdings PG, LLC purchased 5 acres in the Enterprise Charlotte Airport Park at 8428-8436 Holmes Blvd., Punta Gorda from GMD Enterprises, Inc. for $1,250,000. Adam Bornhorst, Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers represented the seller and Beatriz Cevantes of Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty | The Nix Team represented the buyer in the transaction.

Michael Murphy purchased a 16,808sf multi-tenant building on 1.52 acres in Page Park at 208 4th St., Ft. Myers from Silver Page Park, LLC for $725,000. Michael Mahan of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer and Max Molloy and Alex Henderson of Fischler Property Company represented the seller.
