Sale

Jones Loop BDE LLC purchased 10.48 acres in the Enterprise Charlotte Airport Zone at the corner of Jones Loop Rd. and Piper Rd., Lots B, D and E, Punta Gorda from Jones Loop Investors, LLC for $3,068,366. Adam Bornhorst, Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the seller and Randy Krise of Krise Real Estate Group represented the buyer in the transaction.

4444 Tamiami Trail N., LLC purchased a 6,980sf building on 0.53 acre at 4444 Tamiami Trail N., Naples from 4444 Tamiami Venture LLC for $2,450,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates| Naples-Ft. Myers represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Lineka, LLC purchased a 1,536sf industrial condominium in Intelliflex at 12801 Commerce Lakes Dr., Unit 19, Ft. Myers from Midland 1031, LLC for $325,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates| Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.
