Lee & Associates represents General RV in $28 Million purchase for new RV Center

General RV Center purchased a 60,000sf multi-tenant building on 9.24 acres at 15485 S. Tamiami Trail, Ft. Myers from Lenny’s Furniture Warehouse, Inc. for $15,500,000. Adam Bornhorst, Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer in the transaction.

General RV Center purchased a 44,507sf vehicle dealership on 12.48 acres at 15565 S. Tamiami Trail, Ft. Myers from Sam Galloway Ford, Inc. for $12,500,000. Adam Bornhorst, Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer in the transaction.

Gary Van Cleef purchased a 39,529sf industrial building on 1.73 acres at 2884 Horseshoe Dr. S., Naples from Air Technology Holding, LLC for $8,600,000. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Naples Lumber purchased a 14,009sf single-tenant building on 1.86 acres at 68 Industrial Blvd., Naples from AB Sunsport II, LLC for $5,550,000. CarMax Auto Superstores, Inc. purchased 8.39 acres in the Alico Trade Center at 8970 Alico Trade Center Rd., Lot 5, Ft. Myers from Three Oaks 59, LLC for $4,200,000.
