Reed’s Holding, LLC purchased an 11,000sf warehouse/distribution building on 0.68 acre at 6134 Taylor Rd., Naples from David and Sheila Quinn for $3,355,000. Brock Rasmussen and James Walls of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer and the seller.

Pargo, LLC purchased a 1,538sf flex space in the Commerce Lakes Industrial Park at 12801 Commerce Lakes Dr., Suite 3, Ft. Myers from Marinello & Baker Properties, LLC for $300,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer.
