3940 Prospect, LLC purchased a 28,466sf, multi-tenant building on 2.35 acres at 3940 Prospect Ave., Naples from SRL Prospect Realty, LLC for $6,800,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer and David Barkley Sr. of Bartley Realty, LLLP represented the seller.

H&L Fort Myers Property, LLC purchased a 14,040sf multi-tenant building on 1.5 acres in Airport Woods Commerce Center at 10090 Amberwood Rd., Ft. Myers from Graden Properties, LLC for $4,300,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers represented the seller and Laura Christiano, ABR, CDPE of Re/MAX Trend Cape Coral represented the buyer.

Ave Maria, Inc. purchased a 6,250sf single tenant building on 0.7 acre at 2100 J & C Blvd., Naples from Applebaum Holdings, LLC for $3,000,000. James Walls of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers represented the seller and Oscar Montalvo of Premiere Plus Realty represented the buyer.

2020 Ortiz, LLC purchased a 12,800sf, single tenant building on 1.63 acres at 2020 Ortiz Ave., Ft. Myers from Frank and Chong Dethlefsen for $1,795,000.
