Collier Health Services, Inc. purchased a 14,905 sf two story medical building on 1.05 acres located at 1845 Veterans Park Dr., Naples from 1845 Veterans Park Dr, LLC for $6,650,000. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the seller and Clint Sherwood, CCIM of IPC represented the buyer.
9726 Bonita Beach Land, LLC purchased 4.3 acres at 9726 Bonita Beach Rd., Bonita Springs from Pauline Dougherty Trust for $1,800,000. Thomas Webb, CCIM, MSRE and Michael Mahan of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented both the buyer and seller.
