 FT. MYERS, Fla. (Oct. 2022) – Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announced today it recently completed the following transactions:

Sales

Casa Napoli, LLC purchased 3.61 acres at the northwest corner of Alico Rd. and Domestic Ave., Ft. Myers and 1 acre at 3673 Prospect Rd., Naples (both for the Linder Portfolio) from Linder Industrial Machinery Company for $1,700,000. Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR, Jerry Messonnier, SIOR and Adam Bornhorst of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

Daubmann Enterprises, LLC purchased 1.26 acres at 17000 Cam Ct., Ft. Myers from Sonny Joseph for $650,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer and Dan Miller of Collier International represented the seller in the transaction.

American Woodmark Corporation leased a 6,000sf space in the Country Lakes Business Park at 5701 Country Lakes Dr., Units 18-20, Ft. Myers from EB Properties Inc. Endure, LLC leased a 4,491sf retail space in Pinebrook Park Plaza at 12995 S. Cleveland Ave., Unit 145, Ft. Myers from Pinebrook Pine, LLC. Jeff Forsythe, CCIM, Jose Pastor and Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the lessee and Gretchen Smith of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessor in the transaction.
