Coneco Realty, LLC purchased a 30,170sf building on 1.65 acres at 2485-2487 N. Airport Rd., Ft. Myers from James J Freedman Trust for $2,700,000. Shows Team Enterprises, LLC purchased a 13,247sf restaurant/conference center on 3.86 acres known as The Hut Conference Center at 5150 Buckingham Rd., Ft. Myers from The Hut at the Peace Tropical & Gardens, LLC for $1,900,000. Skip Thinnes of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the seller and Steve Smith of 360, LLC represented the buyer in the transaction.
