4227 Progress, LLC purchased a 44,500sf single-tenant building on 2.27 acres at 4227 Progress Ave., Naples from WC Huff Ventures, LC for $9,750,000. Brock Rasmussen represented the buyer and James Walls represented the seller in the transaction. Both transaction professionals are with Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers.

Coneco Realty, LLC purchased a 30,170sf building on 1.65 acres at 2485-2487 N. Airport Rd., Ft. Myers from James J Freedman Trust for $2,700,000. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers’ Collier County office represented the buyer and Adam Bornhorst of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers’ Lee County office represented the seller.

Shows Team Enterprises, LLC purchased a 13,247sf restaurant/conference center on 3.86 acres known as The Hut Conference Center at 5150 Buckingham Rd., Ft. Myers from The Hut at the Peace Tropical & Gardens, LLC for $1,900,000. Skip Thinnes of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the seller and Steve Smith of 360, LLC represented the buyer in the transaction.
