Butters SA, LLC purchased 274.24 acres known as Airport Interstate Commerce Park at 16200 Ben Hill Griffin Pkwy. and 9830 Interstate Commerce Dr., Ft. Myers from YBFH Real Estate, LLC for $40,000,000. Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR, Jerry Messonnier, SIOR and William “Bo” Bradford, CCIM, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer in the transaction.

William A. Papas and Maria Papas Heide purchased a 13,509sf building on 1.22 acres in Barkley Professional Center at 43 Barkley Cir., Ft. Myers from Coneco Realty, LLC for $2,800,000.
