Heart Partners, LLC purchased a three-property portfolio totaling 65,030sf (consisting of a shopping center and an office building in Bonita Springs and an office building in Naples) from Park Apartments of Southwest Florida, Inc for $12,900,000. Piper Road Owner, LLC purchased 29.24 acres in the Enterprise Charlotte Airport Park zone (ECAP zone) at Jones Loop Rd. & Piper Rd., Lot A, Punta Gorda from Jones Loop Investors, LLC for $6,050,000.
