Lee & Associates Announces Southwest Florida Transactions for October 2020

Sales 

Ricden, LLC purchased a 2,484sf restaurant, occupied by an international Taco Bell franchise on 0.65 acre parcel at 1025 W. Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas from LCG 183TB, LLC for $2,140,000. 2150 Fowler Rams Plaza LLC purchased an 18,120sf complex (3 bldgs.) on 0.86 acre parcel at 2115 Central Ave., Ft. Myers from TYP Corp for $825,000.
