Robert Dixon purchased a 3,400sf industrial/storage complex (2 buildings) on 1.12 acres at 5800 Taylor Rd., Naples from Midland 1031, LLC for $1,300,000. Jeff Buckler, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

Patricia Griesdorn purchased 1,000sf storage condominium in My Other Place at 16145 Performance Way, Naples from Rockies Investment LLC for $295,000. Michael Mahan of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.
