Closed Sales

4910 Tanglewood, LLC purchased the Tanglewood Marketplace, a 70,536 SF retail shopping center on 4.35 acres, at 4910 Tamiami Trail N, Naples from Tanglewood Naples, LLC for $18,500,000. Bill Young, Biagio Bernardo and Brock Rasmussen, SIOR of Lee & Associates negotiated the transaction.

16230 Lee Road, LLC purchased a 10.98 acre industrial site at 16230 Lee Road, Fort Myers from Cummins, Inc. for $4,500,000. Bob Johnston, SIOR, Jerry Messonnier, SIOR and Frank Martone of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.

OSI 16340 Old US 41, LLC purchased a 5,795sf industrial property on 6.26 acres at 16340 Old US 41, Fort Myers from OSI 16340 Old US 41, LLC for $4,100,000. Brock Rasmussen, SIOR and Colton Brausen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.

SL SWFL Holdings, LLC purchased a 1.85 acre industrial site at 12201/11/21 ITEC Park Drive, Fort Myers from J&R Acquisition Group, LLC for $1,500,000. Frank Martone and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the buyer and Shawn Stoneburner and Gary Tasman of CPSWFL represented the seller.

Silverlight Development Group, LLC purchased a 1.28 Acre site at 4824 Cape Coral Street, Cape Coral from Cape Time, LLC for $1,235,000. Colton Brausen of Lee & Associates negotiated the transaction.

Backbay Construction, Inc. purchased an 8.17 Acre industrial site at 3960 Rockfill Road, Fort Myers from 3960 Canal, LLC for $1,200,000. Jamie Consolino and Colton Brausen of Lee & Associates negotiated the transaction.

Luna’s Palace, LLC purchased a 1.17 Acre site at 3160 Golden Gate Boulevard E, Naples from Fermin Guerra for $540,000. Felipe Arcila of Lee & Associates negotiated the transaction.

Wael Zarou purchased a 1,184 SF industrial condo at 17010 Alico Commerce Court, Unit 205, Fort Myers from Industrial Development of Southwest Florida, LLC for $312,500.
