4910 Tanglewood, LLC purchased the Tanglewood Marketplace, a 70,536 SF retail shopping center on 4.35 acres, at 4910 Tamiami Trail N, Naples from Tanglewood Naples, LLC for $18,500,000. Bill Young, Biagio Bernardo and Brock Rasmussen, SIOR of Lee & Associates negotiated the transaction.
16230 Lee Road, LLC purchased a 10.98 acre industrial site at 16230 Lee Road, Fort Myers from Cummins, Inc. for $4,500,000. Bob Johnston, SIOR, Jerry Messonnier, SIOR and Frank Martone of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.
OSI 16340 Old US 41, LLC purchased a 5,795sf industrial property on 6.26 acres at 16340 Old US 41, Fort Myers from OSI 16340 Old US 41, LLC for $4,100,000. Brock Rasmussen, SIOR and Colton Brausen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.
SL SWFL Holdings, LLC purchased a 1.85 acre industrial site at 12201/11/21 ITEC Park Drive, Fort Myers from J&R Acquisition Group, LLC for $1,500,000.
