Persaud Properties FL Investments, LLC purchased a 5-building portfolio totaling 68,744 SF on 3.07 Acres at 4599-4607 Fowler Street, Fort Myers, FL 33907 from 4599 Fowler, LLC for $8,400,000. Brock Rasmussen, SIOR of Lee & Associates negotiated the transaction.
Eric Cianchette purchased a 14,000 SF industrial building on 1.08 Acres at 4573 Enterprise Avenue, Naples from Connie Jean Youngmark Trustee for $3,500,000. Biagio Bernardo and Bill Young of Lee & Associates represented the buyer in negotiating the transaction.
28411 Race Track, LLC purchased a 9,800 SF industrial building on 1.11 Acres at 28411 Race Track Road, Bonita Springs from Gulf Coast Aluminum RE, LLC for $2,550,000. Gary Barlow and Brock Rasmussen, SIOR of Lee & Associates negotiated the transaction.
Final Approach Property Management, LLC purchased a 0.86 Acre site at 16343 South Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers from Cougar Run Property, LLC for $769,000.
