Closed Sales

680 T Trail North, LLC purchased a 10,000sf retail building on 0.73 acres at 680 9th Street N, Naples from 680 Tamiami Trail N, LLC for $5,860,000. Jeff Buckler, SIOR and Zach Buckler of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the buyer and IPC represented the seller.

Vroom Car Wash, Inc. purchased 1.38 Acre commercial site at 12300 S Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers from NYPP Properties, LLC for $2,700,000. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the seller and Jamila Duperval of Avize Carwash Consulting represented the buyer.

3526 Work, LLC purchased a 9,131sf industrial building on 1.67 acres at 3526 Work Drive, Fort Myers from SFLA Properties, LLC for $1,800,000. Frank Martone, Jeff Buckler, SIOR and Zach Buckler of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.

Octopussy Holdings, LLC purchased a 11,632sf industrial building on 0.96 acres at 3150 Old Metro Pkwy, Fort Myers from Ronald Palmer for $1,656,675. Zachary Tillery of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the buyer and Adam Palmer of CBRE represented the seller.

Lee County Real Estate Investments, LLC purchased the 13,385sf San Casa Square retail center at 2961 Placida Road, Englewood from Lago Capital Investments, Inc. for $1,635,000. Michael Mahan of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.

Highpoint Real Estate FL, LLC purchased a 4,683sf office condo in Parker Commons at 13450 Parker Commons Blvd, Units 101-104, Fort Myers from Currency Commerce, LLC for $1,575,000.
