B&D Holdings purchased Metro Plex, a 7-building industrial complex totaling 215,006sf on 17.01 Acres in Metro Plex at 6150-6450 Metro Plex Drive, Fort Myers from Harry M Lowell for $29,460,000. Colton Brausen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.

Associated Memorials, Inc. purchased a 5,998sf fully leased retail center, Triangle Plaza, at 9967 Triangle Blvd, Naples from Stai Properties, LLC for $3,400,000. Gary Barlow and Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the seller and Keller Williams Realty Naples represented the buyer.

CRE 4, LLC purchased a 1,860sf former Hungry Howie’s restaurant at 800 Leonard Blvd, Lehigh Acres from Lee Blvd Properties, LLC for $2,150,000. Gary Barlow and Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the seller and David Eggnatz of Katz & Associates represented the buyer.

Highpoint Real Estate FL, LLC purchased a 4,683sf office condo in Parker Commons at 13450 Parker Commons Blvd, Units 101-104, Fort Myers from Currency Commerce, LLC for $1,575,000.
