Associated Memorials, Inc. purchased a 5,998sf fully leased retail center, Triangle Plaza, at 9967 Triangle Blvd, Naples from Stai Properties, LLC for $3,400,000. Gary Barlow and Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the seller and Keller Williams Realty Naples represented the buyer.

DamEasy Corp. leased a 7,321sf industrial space in the Gulf Landing Logistics Center at 9975 Gulf Logistics Drive, Unit 305, Fort Myers from Fort Myers Industrial Owner, LLC.
