Associated Memorials, Inc. purchased a 5,998sf fully leased retail center, Triangle Plaza, at 9967 Triangle Blvd, Naples from Stai Properties, LLC for $3,400,000. Gary Barlow and Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the seller and Keller Williams Realty Naples represented the buyer.

DamEasy Corp. leased a 7,321sf industrial space in the Gulf Landing Logistics Center at 9975 Gulf Logistics Drive, Unit 305, Fort Myers from Fort Myers Industrial Owner, LLC. Bob Johnston, SIOR, Jerry Messonnier, SIOR and Frank Martone of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the lessor and Melissa Vanderloo of Realty One Group/MVP represented the lessee.

Captivating Closets, LLC leased a 5,886sf industrial space in the Gulf Landing Logistics Center at 9987 Gulf Logistics Drive, Unit 408-409, Fort Myers from Fort Myers Industrial Owner, LLC. Bob Johnston, SIOR, Jerry Messonnier, SIOR and Frank Martone of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the lessor and Dan Miller and Dan Rockenstein of Colliers represented the lessee.

Casa Italia, LLC leased a 5,886sf industrial space in the Gulf Landing Logistics Center at 9987 Gulf Logistics Drive, Unit 410-411, Fort Myers from Fort Myers Industrial Owner, LLC. Crisdel Group, Inc. leased a 2,943sf industrial space in the Gulf Landing Logistics Center at 9979 Gulf Logistics Drive, Unit 203, Fort Myers from Fort Myers Industrial Owner, LLC.
