3333 Tamiami Tr, LLC purchased a 19,586sf retail center at 3333 Tamiami Trail N, Naples from CLS Partnership for $8,500,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the buyer and David Stevens of IPC represented the seller.
Seaside of Naples, LLC purchased a 1,560sf office condo at 5691 Naples Blvd, Unit 10-A, Naples from Samblanet Riley Joint Rev Trust for $685,000. Thomas Webb of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the seller in negotiating the transaction.
Jim Oberweis purchased a 2,610sf retail building at 631 Cape Coral Parkway E, Cape Coral from Stepron Company Inc. for $600,000. Gary Barlow & Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the buyer and Dan Barrile of John R. Wood Properties represented the buyer.
