Ft Myers 6100 Idlewild St, LLC purchased a 4 industrial building portfolio totaling 32,550sf at 6100, 6110, 6120 & 6130 Idlewild Street, Fort Myers from Idlewild Holdings, LLC for $4,325,000. Colton Brausen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the buyer and Travis Loxton of Bay Street Commercial represented the seller.

Wards Property Holdings I, LLC purchased a 5,760sf industrial building 3593 Veronica S Shoemaker Blvd, Fort Myers from Zaceli Corp. for $1,170,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft.
