127 Industrial Partners, LLC purchased three industrial buildings totaling 13,970sf at 12731-12741-12751 Metro Pkwy, Fort Myers from Cat Co of SW Florida, LLC for $2,300,000. Colton Brausen and Zachary Tillery of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.
1302 NE Pine Island Rd I, LLC purchased a 14,581sf industrial facility on 2.42 Acres at 1302-1310 NE Pine Island Road, Cape Coral from Moroney Real Estate, LLC for $1,864,000. Colton Brausen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the buyer and Devin Guilliams of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
Samari, LLC purchased a 4,100sf net leased medical office building 6150 Diamond Centre Court, Fort Myers from Cornell Irimies for $1,100,000. Zachary Tillery, Jerry Messonnier, SIOR, and Bob Johnston, SIOR of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the seller and David Jennings of Alliance Realty Group represented the buyer.
1227 Holdings, LLC purchased a 3,072sf industrial flex condo 12801 Commerce Lakes Drive, Units 23-24, Fort Myers from Miles Frederick Thompson for $740,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Fort Myers represented the seller and Justin Milcetich of LSI Companies represented the buyer.
