One-at-a-time FL, LLC purchased a 25,370sf building on 2.67 acres at 12751 S Cleveland Ave., Ft. Myers from 12751 Cleveland Venture, LLC for $5,150,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the seller and Stan Stouder, CCIM of CRE Consultants represented the buyer.
