Spazio Marble & Granite, Inc. purchased a 20,648sf building on 1.15 acres at 1958 Trade Center Way, Naples from Naples Warehouse, LLC for $6,665,000. Jeff Buckler, SIOR and Zachary Buckler of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the seller and Doug Desantis, P.A. of Strategic Realty represented the buyer.

Oneatatime FL, LLC purchased a 25,370sf building on 2.67 acres on US 41 at 12751 S. Cleveland Ave., Ft. Myers from 12751 Cleveland Venture, LLC for $5,150,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples- Ft. Myers represented the seller and Stan Stouder, CCIM of CRE Consultants represented the buyer.

High Road Holdings, LLC purchased a 9,715sf building on 1 acre at 10915 Enterprise Ave., Bonita Springs from Royal Scoop Property Management, LLC for $3,075,000. James Walls of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the seller and Benjamin Myers of SVN Commercial Partners represented the buyer.

Travis Lloyd purchased a 4,952sf industrial building on 0.60 acres at 2151 Andrea Lane, Ft. Myers from Randy H. Lewis Trust for $1,200,000. InfraUS Wireless I, LLC purchased 2.27 acres at 5651 Shirley St., Naples from Surely Do Realty, LLC for $950,000. Zachary Tillery of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the seller and buyer.

Prestige Aluminum Construction, Inc. purchased 1.23 acres at 2511 Diplomat Pkwy. East, Cape Coral from Jeffrey Morrow and Backwoods Investments, Inc. for $380,000. Jeff Forsythe, CCIM of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the seller.
