Spazio Marble & Granite, Inc. purchased a 20,648sf building on 1.15 acres at 1958 Trade Center Way, Naples from Naples Warehouse, LLC for $6,665,000. Oneatatime FL, LLC purchased a 25,370sf building on 2.67 acres on US 41 at 12751 S. Cleveland Ave., Ft. Myers from 12751 Cleveland Venture, LLC for $5,150,000. High Road Holdings, LLC purchased a 9,715sf building on 1 acre at 10915 Enterprise Ave., Bonita Springs from Royal Scoop Property Management, LLC for $3,075,000.
