Grayland Capital, LLC purchased a 34,098sf building at 4900 Paul Ct., Norton Shores, MI from Bottling Group, LLC for $1,900,000. Jeff Buckler, SIOR of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the buyer.

1217 Piper Blvd 102, LLC purchased a 2,591 medical condominium in Piper’s Crossing at 1217 Piper Blvd., Suite 102, Naples from 1217 Piper Blvd, LLC for $950,000.
