Nova Holdings USA, LLC purchased a 12,000sf office / warehouse in Benchmark Corporate Park at 1861 Benchmark Ave., Ft. Myers from Central Park Office Complex, LLC for $2,000,000. Adam Bornhorst, Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the seller and Chase Mayhugh, SIOR, CCIM of Mayhugh Realty, Inc. represented the buyer.

Grayland Capital, LLC purchased a 34,098sf building at 4900 Paul Ct., Norton Shores, MI from Bottling Group, LLC for $1,900,000. Jeff Buckler, SIOR of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the buyer.

1217 Piper Blvd 102, LLC purchased a 2,591 medical condominium in Piper’s Crossing at 1217 Piper Blvd., Suite 102, Naples from 1217 Piper Blvd, LLC for $950,000. Michael Mahan of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the seller and Jessie Spencer of EXP Realty LLC represented the buyer.

CRSTC, LLC purchased a 2,400sf flex condominium in Intelliflex at 12821 Commerce Lakes Dr., Suite 7, Ft. Myers from 22 Holdings, LLC for $635,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the seller.

Soccer Roots, LLC leased 13,393sf space in East Cape Commerce Center at 911 East Industrial Cir., Suite 5, Cape Coral from Accutek. GFG Restaurant Group, Inc. leased a 7,670sf space in Pelican Plaza at 713 Bald Eagle Dr., Suite 701, Marco Island from Stephen J Lockwood & Company, LLC. Biagio Bernardo and Bill Young of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the lessor.

Judith Liegeois Designs, Inc. leased a 6,308sf space at 110 9th Street South, Naples from DRC Investments, LC. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers represented the lessor.

Florida Fleet Repair, Inc. leased a 3,600sf space (Suite 2) and Fields Door & Hardware INC leased 1,800sf space (Suite 6) in Plantation Corporate Park at 6551 Corporate Park Cir., Ft.
