Spartan Investment Property – Naples, LLC purchased an 18,597sf office/warehouse on 1.55 acres at 3600 Westview Dr., Naples from Motorsports Storage, LLC for $7,500,000. Jeff Buckler, SIOR of Lee & Associates | Naples- Ft. Myers represented the seller.

Kylar, LLC purchased an 18,750sf flex condominium building in Alico Road Business Park at 8831 Business Park Dr., Ft. Myers from Lee Road Enterprise, LLC for $5,000,000.
