Lee & Associates represents General RV in $28 Million purchase for new RV Center

General RV Center purchased a 60,000sf multi-tenant building on 9.24 acres at 15485 S. Tamiami Trail, Ft. Myers from Lenny’s Furniture Warehouse, Inc. for $15,500,000. General RV Center purchased a 44,507sf vehicle dealership on 12.48 acres at 15565 S. Tamiami Trail, Ft. Myers from Sam Galloway Ford, Inc. for $12,500,000.
