4227 Enterprise Ave, LLC purchased a 37,275sf multi-tenant building on 2.27 acres at 4227 Enterprise Ave., Naples from 4227 Enterprise Ave, LTD for $7,550,000. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo represented the seller and Brock Rasmussen represented the buyer in the transaction. All representatives are with Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers.
Radian Management, Inc. purchased 8.34 acres in the Alico Trade Center at Alico Trade Center Rd., Lot 2, Ft. Myers from Three Oaks 59, LLC for $5,269,678. Adam Bornhorst, Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Royal Southwest Holdings, LLC purchased 14 multi-family condominium units at 17760 Park Village Blvd. Ft. Myers from Island Park Village, Section 1, Condo Association for $1,300,000. Mario’s Painting of South Florida, Inc. purchased 9.71 acres at 18031 Babcock Ranch Rd., North Ft. Myers from Michael Coburn, Kathleen Coburn and Stephen Gilbert, et al. for $900,000. Leon G. Eftink Trust purchased a 680sf single tenant building on 1.29 acres at 2699 N. Airport Rd., Ft. Myers from Big Little Buildings, LLC for $790,000.
