Thrive Capital Partners LLC purchased a 3,375sf multi-tenant building on 0.22 acre parcel at 1414 SE 17th Ave., Cape Coral from Advantage Adjustment Company for $750,000. Adam Bornhorst, Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the seller and Katia Linzalone, P.A. of LPT Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.

Lansing Building Products, LLC leased a 66,017sf space in Suncoast Commerce Center X at 9381 Laredo Ave., Ste. 101, Ft. Myers from EastGroup Properties, LP. Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Adam Bornhorst, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the lessor and Heather Adams of Commercial Property Southwest Florida LLC represented the lessee in the transaction.

Fort Myers Express Golf Cars, LLC leased a 7,175sf space in the Meridian Business Campus Building C at 16200 Parallel Dr., Unit 2, Ft. Myers from West GC, LLC. Timberline Barns, LLC leased a 5,572sf office at 320 North Cedar Bluff Rd., Ste. 360, Knoxville, Tn. from William B. Stokely, III. Jeff Buckler, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

Collier Water Systems, Inc. leased 3,030sf space in the North Collier Industrial Center at 1040 Collier Center Way, Units 2,3 & 29, Naples from ForeFront Collier Venture. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

The Sterling Center Organization, Inc. leased a 2,288sf office in the Broadway Medical Center at 3594 Broadway, Unit 110, Ft. Myers from 3594 Broadway, LLC.
