CHS 14500 Fort Myers, LLC purchased a 13,128sf multi-tenant office on 12.67 acres in Southwest International Commerce Park at 14500 Global Pkwy., Ft. Myers from Prospect Enterprises, LLC for $8,358,976. Adam Bornhorst, Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

MJFuentes, LLC purchased a 1,144sf office condominium in the Presidential Place Condominiums at 6249 Presidential Ct., Unit C, Ft. Myers from DNH Holdings, LLC for $190,000. Thomas Webb, CCIM, MSRE of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

Cotton Commercial USA, Inc. leased 18,750sf industrial space in the Jetport-Interstate Commerce Park at 14241 Jetport Rd., Unit 4, Ft. Myers from Swan FM, LLC.  Adam Bornhorst, Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the landlord and Ron Roberson, SIOR of Caldwell Brokerage Co. represented the tenant in the transaction.

Matrix Basement Systems, Inc. leased 6,000sf space in Rail Head Industrial Park at 1501 Rail Head Blvd., Naples from Kylar, LLC. Brock Rasmussen and James Walls of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.
