WestSide 2, LLC purchased a 35,387sf freestanding building on 4.39 acres in the Alico Trade Center at 8951 Alico Trace Center Rd., Lot 3, Ft. Myers from Seagate Alico North, LLC for $6,000,000.  The transaction was a single tenant, Net leased, investment sale with RICE Insulation and traded just above a 5% CAP rate.
