P&B, LLC purchased 8.03 acres in the Alico Trade Center at 8950 Alico Trace Center Rd., Lots 1 & 2, Ft. Myers from Seagate Alico North, LLC for $2,834,449.  Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

G&G Delivery Services, Inc. leased a 57,604sf space in Meridian Center South at 10411 Meridian Center Pkwy., Units 1-5, Ft. Myers from Knott Realty Group. Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the lessor and Robert Sampson of Boutique National, LLC represented the lessee in the transaction.

White Cap, L.P. leased a 45,000sf building on 5 acres at 16542 Oriole Rd., Ft. Myers from Seagate Aico North, LLC. Myers represented the lessor and Tom Strauss of Landqwest Commercial Real Estate Services represented the lessee in the transaction.

Sensible Closet Company, Inc. aka California Closets leased a 40,000sf space in the Alico Trade Center at 8961 Alico Trade Center Rd., Ft. Myers from Seagate Alico North, LLC. Seagate Alico North, LLC is developing the new facility as a build-to-suit.
