Casa Napoli, LLC purchased 3.61 acres at the northwest corner of Alico Rd. and Domestic Ave., Ft. Myers and 1 acre at 3673 Prospect Rd., Naples (both for the Linder Portfolio) from Linder Industrial Machinery Company for $1,700,000. Daubmann Enterprises, LLC purchased 1.26 acres at 17000 Cam Ct., Ft. Myers from Sonny Joseph for $650,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer and Dan Miller of Collier International represented the seller in the transaction.
