HCC Fort Myers, LLC purchased 33.21 acres in Highland Commerce Center of Fort Myers at 16500 Oriole Rd., Ft. Myers from Alico 73, LLP for $11,573,020. Old Republic Exchange Company purchased a 4,319sf building on 1.14 acres in Marina Mike’s Boat Club & Rental at 19300 S. Tamiami Trl., Ft. Myers from Mike’s Marina Boat & Rentals for $2,700,000. Michael Mahan of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the seller and Andrew Saluan of AJS Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.
