Best Box Ft. Myers FL Tamiami LLC purchased 9.74 acres at 15805 S. Tamiami Trail S., Ft. Myers from the First American Exchange Company, LLC for $3,000,000. Adam Bornhorst of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

Regnum SWFL, LLC purchased an 11,134sf building on 1.77 acres at 4025 Radio Road, Naples from Gulf Coast Commercial Corporation for $2,850,000. Jeff Bucker, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

Preferred Pump and Equipment LP purchased a 11,696sf building complex on 1.4 acres at 3931,3939,3941 and 3945 Palm Beach Blvd. and 540 Van Buren St., Ft. Myers from John Mitchell & 3939 PBB LLP for $1,600,000. Jeff Forsythe, CCIM and Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. FWRW Properties, LLC purchased a 12,008sf building on 1.08 acres in the Southside Industrial Park at 3620 Work Dr., Ft. Myers from SGPM Enterprises, LLC for $1,400,000.
