Heart Partners, LLC purchased a three-property portfolio totaling 65,030sf (consisting of a shopping center and an office building in Bonita Springs and an office building in Naples) from Park Apartments of Southwest Florida, Inc for $12,900,000. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the seller in the transaction.

Piper Road Owner, LLC purchased 29.24 acres in the Enterprise Charlotte Airport Park zone (ECAP zone) at Jones Loop Rd. & Piper Rd., Lot A, Punta Gorda from Jones Loop Investors, LLC for $6,050,000. West Side Realty, LLC purchased a 35,400sf single tenant building on 5.08 acres at 4655-4661 Laredo Ave., Ft. Myers from Sox Development, Inc. for $5,500,000.
