FT. MYERS, Fla. (October, 2021) – Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announced today it recently completed the following transactions:

Sales

TT of Naples, Inc. purchased a 25,635sf retail building on 1.72 acres known as the Trail Shopping Center at 710 9th St., N. Naples from M & T Enterprises, Inc. for $8,500,000. TT of Naples purchased the center for investment purposes. Bill Young, Biagio Bernardo and Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

READ Partnership purchased a 60,000sf building on 9.9 acres at 3524 S. Canal Road, Lansing, Michigan from Canal Ventures, LLC & Aspen Property Management, LLC for $3,950,000. Jeff Buckler, SIOR of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers and Andrew Wiesemann of Canton Commercial Real Estate Group negotiated the transaction.

Real Estate Holdings, LLC purchased a 9,060sf building on a half-acre in Golden Gate at 12445 Collier Blvd., Naples from MM and JD Holdings, LLC for $1,385,000. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates| Naples-Ft. Myers represented the seller and Michelle Messina of Naples Trust Real Estate Services, LLC represented the buyer in the transaction.

Cooper Crane Holdings, LLC purchased a 5,000sf covered, open-air warehouse on 1.2 acres in East Stadler Farms at 2925 Warehouse Rd., Ft. Myers from 2925 Warehouse Rd, LLC for $610,000. American Dream Moving & Storage, Inc. leased 9,400sf space in South Metro Park at 13050 Metro Pkwy., Unit 2, Ft. Myers from Unity General Investments, Inc. Brock Rasmussen and James Walls of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

Diversified Plumbing Services of SWFL, Inc. leased 6,855sf space at 534 Meadow Rd., Lehigh Acres from SMFI II, LLC. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

 Xando Energy LLC leased a 6,250sf space in South Trail Industrial Park at 5925 Youngquist Rd., Ft. Myers from Forefront Florida I, LLC. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

Door Number 3, LLC leased a 5,658sf industrial space in the Southwest Florida Business Center at 7830 Drew Cir., Ft. Myers from Carroll Partnership, LLP. P-Fit North Naples leased 4,500sf space in the Collier Center Way at 1040 Collier Center Way, Unit 14-17, Naples from Forefront Collier Venue LLC. Brock Rasmussen and James Walls of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

DSI General Contractors, Inc. leased a 1,350sf retail space in Pelican Plaza at 713 Bald Eagle Dr., Ste. 797, Marco Island from 102 Development Company, LLC. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates| Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.
