Richardson Land & Cattle Company, LLC purchased three buildings totaling 22,000sf on 1.52 acres at 4409/4423 SE 16th Pl., Cape Coral from SFJ Realty Group, LLC for $1,975,000. Jeff Forsythe, CCIM of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

Premier Investments of Naples LLC purchased a 1.08 acre mobile home park at 2770 Simmons Lane, Bonita Springs, FL from Gary L Murphy Living Trust for $1,690,000.  Michael Mahan & Thomas Webb CCIM, MSRE of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft.
