Sales

Forefront Collier Investments LLC purchased a 74,500sf industrial complex (3 bldgs.) on 5.39 acres in the North Collier Industrial Center at 1030, 1035 & 1040 Collier Center Way, Naples from III Star Investments, Inc. for $13,055,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers represented the buyer and David Stevens, CCIM of Investment Properties Corporation of Naples represented the seller in the transaction.

Schmitt Real Estate Holdings, LLC purchased a 19,000sf industrial complex (2 buildings) on 5 acres at 8790 Laredo Ave., Ft. Myers from 8790 Laredo LLC for $3,700,000. Meaghan Schmitt of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

Dinkytown Investors, LLC purchased a 9,203 sf one-story shopping center, consisting of 5 stores on 0.80 acre parcel known as the Bellagio Shoppes at 877 91^st Ave. North, Naples from Bellagio Naples, LLC for $3,400,000.  Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Seagate Development Group, LLC purchased 9.75 acres at 16542 Oriole Rd., Ft. Myers from Harvey B. Youngquist, Sr. for $2,760,615. Royal Scoop Property Managements, LLC purchased a 9,715sf A/C warehouse on a 0.9 acre parcel at 10915 Enterprise Ave., Bonita Springs from GLC Art Co LLC for $1,500,000. Brock Rasmussen and James Walls of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction. 

Bella Lawn Maintenance, LLC purchased 1.43 acres at 24591 Production Cir., Bonita Springs from William Morris L/E for $625,000. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft.
