T & C Exchange Accommodators purchased a 4,095sf contiguous set of industrial units in the Pyramid Park Commercial Condominiums at 3560 Work Dr., Units 10, 11 & 12, Ft. Myers from Lou Pasco, LLC for $450,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.

Denboer & Son, LLC purchased a 1,536sf industrial condominium in Intelliflex at 12801 Commerce Lakes Dr., Unit 17, Ft. Myers from A-Bonafide LLC for $195,000. Brock Rasmussen of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers negotiated the transaction.
