FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 13, 2021) – Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned firm in the nation, announced today that Meaghan Schmitt and Jose Pastor have joined the company of Lee & Associates/Naples – Ft. Myers as associates.

Meaghan Schmitt is the newest member of the industrial division of Derek Bornhorst, SIOR, CCIM, Bob Johnston, SIOR and Jerry Messonnier, SIOR. She will be focusing on industrial properties and client services.

Meaghan has an associate degree from Florida Southwestern State College.

Jose Pastor will be joining the commercial investment team in Fort Myers headed by Jeff Forsythe, CCIM.  He will be focusing on multi-tenant investment, with an emphasis on multi-family residential.

“Jose is a career professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate sales and personal investment before relocating back to Florida. I am very excited about our future working together as a team” said Jeff Forsythe, Senior Vice President.

Jose’s credentials include a degree in telecommunications administration from Portland Community College, followed by his real estate certifications as a realtor, ABR, CRS (Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Residential Specialist, accordingly).
